Official shots of LG BL40 Chocolate released

      LG has released the official shots of successor of its fashion series Chocolate handset. The BlackLabel series handset would be targeting the same audience as that of the LG Chocolate did a few years back. Chocolate was a huge hit then and this new BlackLabel handset has also been designed by the same people who designed the Chocolate. So it has to be more than worth a look.


LG didn’t revel any of the specifications of the new Chocolate or LG BL40. And the official specifications would not be out until the rumored launch of this handset in late August. Some rumored specifications have been listed below.

800×345 resolution 4″ full touchscreen with 21:9 aspect ratio
5Mp camera with LED flash and auto-focus
WiFi
Built-in GPS
3G

There are a few speculations of a dual screen UI also. It is believed that the dual-screen UI would allow the user to run two types of content simultaneously to utilize the screen space better. There are rumors of a LG BL42 which is also expected to share the BlackLabel series with this one, but no official confirmation from LG about the younger brother. This one for LG might well be the iPhone killer they wanted!

BL40 is expected to hit the market in Q3 and would be available in 54 countries.
